Design

We have launched our design unit to support your project work.

A protection element that is not designed for the machine it is mounted on wears out quickly and stops the machine. That is why every job starts with measurement and analysis, building a solution suited to the axis structure, stroke, speed and acceleration values, and the working environment.

Our design unit determines why your current protection element falls short and prepares technical drawings based on the real operating conditions of your machine. Dimensions, mounting and material decisions are settled before production begins.

What does this service cover?

  • On-site measurement and inspection of the existing protection element
  • Calculation of axis stroke, closed length and extended length
  • Material selection based on chip temperature, coolant and ambient conditions
  • Technical drawings, mounting details and connection points
  • Sample production and on-site validation when required

How do we proceed?

    Measurement and Analysis

    Measurements are taken on the machine; current condition and failure cause are examined.

  2. 02

    Concept and Material

    The protection type and material suited to operating conditions are determined.

  3. 03

    Technical Drawing

    Drawings are prepared with closed/extended length, connection and mounting details.

  4. 04

    Validation and Production

    After approval, production begins; a sample field test is applied if needed.
